Boxing & Fitness Retreat 

The Boxing & fitness retreat combines vigorous fitness with boxing and teaching basic techniques of Punching; Offensive and Defensive Skills; Balance; Agility and Footwork.

The Boxing fitness programme includes a combination of:

  • Early morning runs 

  • 2 vigorous Boxing fitness workout sessions a day taking account of  your fitness level and ability

  • Shadowboxing and heavy bag

  • Fitness swimming 

  • All-inclusive accommodation with specially prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • A relaxing evening by the campfire or in our swinging beds or hammocks taking in the ocean breeze and night sky

TAI Wellness & Fitness Weekend Retreats

Over 2 days, this unique retreat will help you build an active fit body and develop a still mind, mental clarity, and calmness. A time for a reset.

We provide a carefully balanced programme of rigorous fitness and yoga, and wellness practices of meditation, sound healing, energy clearing and creative exercise. Each session builds on the previous one, deepening the physical and wellness experience.

Whatever your level, you are welcome. We take special care to embrace individual needs, each person forming a crucial part of the group dynamic.

We limit the places to a small group to heighten the quality for each participant and ensure we meet their personal needs as they arise.

Fitness activities include early morning runs, functional training, workout stations, Tae-bo aerobics, and boxing. Wellness activities include yoga, meditations & life inspiring talks,  sound & energy healing.
